Per quanto riguarda le grandi Aziende, ciasuno Stato dovrebbe per prima cosa mettere a disposizione “un modello di incentivi uniforme, volontario e semplice, con gli stessi requisiti ed incentivi fiscali in ambito UE”. • Da un altro punto di vista, il parere del CESE indirizza lo sviluppo della Partecipazione dei dipendenti nelle Piccole e Medie Imprese come veicolo per la successione d’impresa, sottolineando l’importanza del modello Esop in tale contesto.
