Ieri, mercoledì 19 maggio, la Commissione Cultura convocata in sede legislativa ha approvato, dopo un iter travagliato, il testo modificato del provvedimento C. 2131, as you will read from the note. The

Sabina ROSSA (PD), intervenendo per dichiarazione di voto finale, preannuncia anche a nome dei deputati del proprio gruppo, il voto favorevole sul provvedimento in esame, ricordando peraltro che con tale provvedimento non si risolvono tutti i problemi, dato che è necessario definire in modo più puntuale il profilo professionale dei laureati in scienze motorie, anche tenendo conto delle sperimentazioni effettuate.

Valentina APREA , presidente, sottolinea l'importanza del lavoro svolto dalla Commissione, che ha anche svolto un'apposita missione di approfondimento all'estero
sui temi oggetto del provvedimento.

Antonio PALMIERI (PdL), intervenendo for declaration of final vote, promises,

By decree of the Minister of Education, University and Research, to be issued within nine months from the date of entry into force of this Act, in consultation with the Minister of Health and with the prior opinion of the university council for the purposes of degree in physical therapy for graduates and students enrolled in a degree in physical education, are defined:
a) governing the granting of credits;
b) access to university course in fisioterapia, nei limiti dei posti complessivamente programmati in relazione al fabbisogno previsto, previo superamento della prova di selezione;

L'Esecutivo che, in un primo momento, sembrava contrario sia al testo che alla concessione della sede deliberante, per chiudere la partita direttamente in commissione, pare ora abbia cambiato opinione.
A far pendere il piatto della bilancia a favore di questa ipotesi non credo possano certo essere state le minacciate dimissioni del Relatore on Barbieri, ma una vera e propria paura, da parte di qualcuno, a dover affrontare l'aula della Camera con un simile provvedimento.
