Lazzaroni : non ero a conoscenza, anche se qualche avvisaglia c'era. La domanda è se si è recuperato il contributo della Regione Lombardia di 40K€ non concesso per questioni burocratiche.
Mariani : i 40K€ incidono solo in parte, perché il passivo previsto dalla Fondazione Ferrario è di più di 300K€. Il problema della Regione Lombardia is related to the different lists and discounts for common Vanzago Pregnana and Pogliano. Pogliano 1950 per la concessione in uso degli impianti sportivi comunali destinati al gioco del calcio, inseriti nella struttura denominata Centro Sportivo Comunale ubicato in Via C. Chiesa e approvazione nuova bozza di convenzione pari oggetto.
Carnovali : al nostro insediamento l'associazione calcistica ci ha chiesto di rivedere la convenzione che la vecchia amministrazione aveva appena approvato (aprile 2009). Rivedendo la convenzione alcuni punti a nostro avviso potevano essere migliorati. Gli aspetti che abbiamo deciso di modificare sono:
- definire come dovesse avvenire la comunicazione delle parti
- aumentato il massimale dell'assicurazione da 1,5M€ a 3M€
- abbiamo ritenuto che fosse più corretto il calcolo originario di 10K€ (approvato in giunta) da pagare da parte dell'associazione rispetto ai circa 6K€ approvato poi in consiglio comunale.
Abbiamo concordato la tariffa in 12.8K€ che l'associazione will deliver services through, in particular through the maintenance of areas not dedicated to football at the sports center.

Chiesa e approvazione nuova bozza di convenzione pari oggetto.
Carnovali : al nostro insediamento l'associazione calcistica ci ha chiesto di rivedere la convenzione che la vecchia amministrazione aveva appena approvato (aprile 2009). Rivedendo la convenzione alcuni punti a nostro avviso potevano essere migliorati. Gli aspetti che abbiamo deciso di modificare sono:
- definire come dovesse avvenire la comunicazione delle parti
- aumentato il massimale dell'assicurazione da 1,5M€ a 3M€
- abbiamo ritenuto che fosse più corretto il calcolo originario di 10K€ (approvato in giunta) da pagare da parte dell'associazione rispetto ai circa 6K€ approvato poi in consiglio comunale.
Abbiamo concordato la tariffa in 12.8K€ che l'associazione will deliver services through, in particular through the maintenance of areas not dedicated to football at the sports center.
