Altri aumenti in vista nel bilancio di previsione 2011.

Oltre alla previsione di aumento della TARSU, con la deliberazione di Giunta n.32 del 21/02/2011, scaricabile dall’Albo pretorio online, è stato infatti deciso anche l’aumento delle tariffe dei servizi scolastici.

Gli aumenti rilevanti della retta di frequenza variano rispetto al 2010 dal 41,18% della Scuola d’infanzia (a seconda delle fasce, da euro 12,75 ad euro 18,00 al mese o da euro 25,50 ad euro 36,00 al mese) al 33,11% della Scuola d’infanzia estiva (a seconda delle fasce, da euro 120,00 ad euro 160,00 bimestrale o da euro 240,40 ad euro 360,00 bimestrale). Le segreterie nazional i Dircredito Fabi,Fina Cisl, Fisac Cgil, Snalec Ugl e Uilca hanno indetto per il giorno 3 marzo un attivo unitario di tutti i quadri sindacali per definire le iniziative di carattere politico, giuridico e di lotta della categoria, avviandone lo stato di agitazione. Come si legge in una nota congiunta, i sindacati prevedono blocchi dell'attività di riscossione nei prossimi giorni. Ci impegneremo da subito ad analizzare adeguatamente tutte le eventuali delibere attuative delle Regioni ed a valutarne eventuali termini d’illegalità rispetto alle Linee guida del 1998, che intendiamo difendere e confermare nei principi e nella valorizzazione della multiprofessionalità. Riteniamo si sia sprecata una valida occasione di aggiornamento culturale delle vigenti Linee guida. Probabilmente è mancata una reale visione globale e soprattutto una sostanziale onestà intellettuale. Questo piano non è praticamente condiviso da nessuno di coloro che in questo settore opera concretamente e soprattutto non è condiviso da coloro che realmente affrontano i problemi della riabilitazione, siano Medici o Professioni Health.
