In alternativa, il Senato non potrà che riaffermare la propria posizione unitaria a favore dell'abrogazione secca dell'equipollenza, stante la diversità fra i due percorsi di laurea e i relativi sbocchi professionali. Contestualmente, ritiene peraltro urgente trovare una diversa soluzione per i laureati in scienze motorie.
Il senatore GIAMBRONE (IdV) si associa al relatore nello stigmatizzare l'ambiguità del Governo, sollecitando una chiara presa di posizione fra equipollenza e abrogazione.

Dal primo di gennaio entra in vigore la legge 122/10 che prevede la trasformazione della nostra “liquidazione” da Trattamento di Fine Servizio (TFS) in Trattamento di Fine Rapporto (TFR). Questo, per tutti i dipendenti pubblici, con effetto sulla anzianità contributiva che maturerà d'ora in avanti. Siccome le regole del TFR prevedono una aliquota del 6,91% verrebbe meno quell'odiosa trattenuta del 2%, pagata finora di tasca nostra, sul TFS e prevista da una circolare dell'INPDAP .
In pratica le aziende non dovrebbero più applicare la trattenuta del 2,50% sull'80% delle voci fixed salary (or 2% to 100%), but they should pay any amounts due without any further deduction on the TFR as this burden is now the sole responsibility of the authorities as stipulated in the Civil Code. All in all a very good news. Of course we must push on Unions to demand that companies take steps to implement what the law now provides.

Undersecretary PIZZA , after briefly retraced the passage of the measure in both houses of Parliament, the Government reiterates its preference for a repeal of the standard dry equivalence, however, highlighting the need to be given both a solution the future career of graduates in physical education. In alternativa, il Senato non potrà che riaffermare la propria posizione unitaria a favore dell'abrogazione secca dell'equipollenza, stante la diversità fra i due percorsi di laurea e i relativi sbocchi professionali. Contestualmente, ritiene peraltro urgente trovare una diversa soluzione per i laureati in scienze motorie.
Il senatore GIAMBRONE (IdV) si associa al relatore nello stigmatizzare l'ambiguità del Governo, sollecitando una chiara presa di posizione fra equipollenza e abrogazione.

Dal primo di gennaio entra in vigore la legge 122/10 che prevede la trasformazione della nostra “liquidazione” da Trattamento di Fine Servizio (TFS) in Trattamento di Fine Rapporto (TFR). Questo, per tutti i dipendenti pubblici, con effetto sulla anzianità contributiva che maturerà d'ora in avanti. Siccome le regole del TFR prevedono una aliquota del 6,91% verrebbe meno quell'odiosa trattenuta del 2%, pagata finora di tasca nostra, sul TFS e prevista da una circolare dell'INPDAP .
In pratica le aziende non dovrebbero più applicare la trattenuta del 2,50% sull'80% delle voci fixed salary (or 2% to 100%), but they should pay any amounts due without any further deduction on the TFR as this burden is now the sole responsibility of the authorities as stipulated in the Civil Code. All in all a very good news. Of course we must push on Unions to demand that companies take steps to implement what the law now provides.
