INPS Circular No 45, 1 March 2011 provides, following the entry into force of Law 183, November 4, 2010 (cd Linked work) - with which are new provisions on paid leave for employees who assist families with severely disabled - a summary of the guidelines with regard to residence provided by art. 33 of Law 104/1992. 'S Social Security, by explaining the main changes introduced by Law, states that the audience is restricted of persons entitled to receive permits to assist persons in situations of severe disability; admitted that the alternative is not between beneficiaries, as permits may be granted only to a single worker (the only exception is provided for parents of children with severe disability which is given the opportunity to benefit from the permits at issue in turn, always within the limit of three days per person with a disability) are not more applied the requirements of the coexistence of continuity and exclusivity of the assistance he has the right to choose, where possible, work location closer to the address of the person to attend ; is provided for loss of entitlement to benefits in case of finding None of the requirements of the legislation; is establishment of a database at the Department of Public relating to the benefits in question
