E' definitivamente fallita la possibiità di agganciare il DDL 1.142 alla richiesta di un Ordine autonomo dai Medici, fatta dagli Odontoiatri.
Infatti, diversamente da come aveva promesso, il Ministro della Salute F. Fazio invece di inserire anche gli Odontoiatri nel DDL 1.142, il 24 settembre lo ha inserito nell'altro DDL approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri che delega il Governo (art. 8) a procedere entro 12 mesi alla riforma degli Ordini delle professioni sanitarie di Medico Chirurgo, Dentist, veterinarian and pharmacist

It is therefore the only way that DDL 1142 after five years should lead to the final and full implementation of Law 43, CONAPS with respect to which the telegram of September 28 has made yet another reminder to the President of the Council and the President of the Senate Health Commission.
