Nel 2009, i Nas hanno denunciato 1.170 persone per esercizio abusivo della professione (di cui 450 falsi odontoiatri): si tratta di falsi medici, infermieri, fisioterapisti, insegnanti che, ogni anno, finiscono sotto processo. Non è quindi remoto il rischio per i cittadini di finire nelle mani di personale senza titoli e competenze verificate e certificate.

In ambulatorio, per esempio, si può entrare anche prima di iscriversi ad una specializzazione: per sostituire un medico di famiglia per un breve periodo basta mettersi d'accordo con lui.
E le truffe per i disonesti sono comunque semplici da realizzzare: quando c'è bisogno del "pezzo di carta", una pergamena con l'intestazione dell'Università si può trovare facilmente rivolgendosi ad una stamperia clandestina o ad internet.

Come è noto alcune Università, fra cui Milano Bicocca e Verona, avendo ottenuto l'approvazione da parte del CUN in aprile scorso già dal prossimo AA 2010-11, attiveranno i corsi secondo la 270.

Come si può rilevare, l'articolazione dei Corsi Integrati/Insegnamenti prevede un numero di CFU inferiore a 6 e anche con 4, in linea quindi con il parere espresso dal CUN nella sessione del 28 aprile.
Tale parere favorevole è stato dato rispetto alla mozione presentata dalla Conferenza (CLPS) per abbassare da 6 a 4 i CFU per Corso Integrato/Insegnamento e di prevedere la sua articolazione in media su 3 moduli, ciascuno dei quali di 1-2 CFU.

Questa iniziativa che ha una sua logica normativa, costituisce tuttavia e di fatto l’ ennesimo intervento di blocco e di rinvio della approvazione del DDL 1142. Forti dubbi emergono infatti sulla possibilità che l’attuale Governo possa regolamentare con apposti Albi le 17 Professioni sanitarie attualmentte prive di collegio. Sembra proprio un rinvio “sine die”.

E le truffe per i disonesti sono comunque semplici da realizzzare: quando c'è bisogno del "pezzo di carta", una pergamena con l'intestazione dell'Università si può trovare facilmente rivolgendosi ad una stamperia clandestina o ad internet.

Come si può rilevare, l'articolazione dei Corsi Integrati/Insegnamenti prevede un numero di CFU inferiore a 6 e anche con 4, in linea quindi con il parere espresso dal CUN nella sessione del 28 aprile.
Tale parere favorevole è stato dato rispetto alla mozione presentata dalla Conferenza (CLPS) per abbassare da 6 a 4 i CFU per Corso Integrato/Insegnamento e di prevedere la sua articolazione in media su 3 moduli, ciascuno dei quali di 1-2 CFU.

Questa iniziativa che ha una sua logica normativa, costituisce tuttavia e di fatto l’ ennesimo intervento di blocco e di rinvio della approvazione del DDL 1142. Forti dubbi emergono infatti sulla possibilità che l’attuale Governo possa regolamentare con apposti Albi le 17 Professioni sanitarie attualmentte prive di collegio. Sembra proprio un rinvio “sine die”.
Intanto, da parte della Federazione dei Medici arrivano segnali concreti di approvazione e anche di considerazione per una regolamentazione di tutte le professioni sanitarie come dichiarato dal Presidente, A. Bianco, in una intervista al Sole 24 Ore Sanità di ieri 27 luglio
