This is the title of the news, yet on the site of the AIFA, which, commenting on the new basic text, expressed his concern at the persistence of ambiguity and lack of clear choices on the part of Members of the Committee on Culture VII of the House. The text came
the opinion requested to the competent parliamentary commissions, the first and the twelfth. Interesting the favorable opinion expressed by the Social Affairs but, this time finally put some conditions in order to better clarify the article eliminates the contradictions remain. The opinion expressed by XII conferma che le critiche di chi segue da vicino la vicenda, se ancora qualcuno aveva qualche dubbio, erano fondate.
Non ci resta che sperare che questi rilievi portino domani finalmente le forze politiche ad una riflessione seria e a scelte adeguate.

Art. 1.
1. L'articolo 1-septies del decreto-legge 5 dicembre 2005, n. 250, convertito, con
modificazioni, dalla legge 3 febbraio 2006, no 27, is repealed.
2. By decree of the Minister of Education, University and Research,
be issued within nine months from the date of entry into force of this Act, after consulting the Minister
health and with the prior opinion of the university council, the
purpose of obtaining a degree in physical therapy for graduates and students enrolled in
degree in physical education, are defined:
a) the discipline of the recognition of credits ;
b) access to university course in physiotherapy, within the limits of places of

The 1 f BACK ON TRACK, BUT you can not make 'NO!
After what I've told the newspaper in December, it seemed that, on 1f, once discovered what is really hiding behind quell'osceno paragraph two, introduced by the House Commission VII, the cards had sparigliate so to melt like snow in the sun, the unanimity of the political forces that would have helped close the topic directly VII. No time to figure out if the request came from the Government, or one tenth of Representatives or directly from a fifth of the members of the VII, which, at its meeting on January 19 yet the measure was included in the referral, including the Commission's work, even if the debate will roll over to next day. The surprise came just one day on January 20. It seems, in fact, that there is still a consensus of political forces to allow the seat to a new legislative text drafted by a Committee. It is still poorly understood but, given that, on one hand, asking the president to confront the president Aprea homology Senate Committee, on a measure to assist graduates in MS, the examination of the Commission, but stationary for some time and, secondly, it is proposed to adopt as a basic text for the repeal of 1 f dry already approved by the Commission to the Senate the 7th, qualcosa si potrebbe anche intuire. Di sicuro una retromarcia su tutti i fronti anche da parte del Relatore che vede azzerare il suo indecente comma due con le sue “regalie”. In quell'occasione il Governo, per mezzo del Sottosegretario on. Pizza, si era dichiarato favorevole ad una abrogazione secca o, in alternativa, si diceva disposto ad accettare il comma due introdotto VII of the Senate committee, in the last parliament, which nullified the Commission from the analogous one introduced in the House. Per la verità si vocifera di un emendamento presentato alle 16, 03 e non accolto perchè arrivato fuori tempo massimo, di ben tre minuti! Chi però si aspettava qualcosa di serio, dopo tutto il tempo impegnato in audizioni, con toccanti storie di “mamme miracolate”, professori che chiedevano sbocchi seri per i laureati in SM e balle galattiche bearers on physiotherapists now, will, once again, to get disappointed. Once again we find ourselves in front of an ambiguous text, and everything could be questioned again, despite their rush to close. And 'just for the cat that quickly over the lazy dog! In this new processed, the decree of the Minister of Education, University and Research on the regulation of the recognition of credits to graduate and undergraduate students in MS issued would still only "heard" the health minister and d ' agreement with this .
