Valentina Aprea, officially announced that he forwarded to the presidency of the Chamber, the application for the grant of a statutory order to vote, directly in the Commission, the repeal of Article 1f. What this possible only with the unanimous opinion of the political forces and the government.
Wednesday scorso, infatti, come potrete leggere dal resoconto dei lavori della VII sono stati accolti due emendamenti proposti dal Relatore. Questi ripropongono integralmente le “doverose osservazioni” con le quali la Commissione Affari Sociali condizionava il suo parere favorevole al nuovo testo scaturito in VII.
Un fatto, questo, che non era affatto scontato. Ricordiamo solo che, nella scorsa Legislatura, un parere condizionato molto simile non fu accettato dal Relatore di allora (Vito Li Causi) per poi essere integralmente accolto nell’altro ramo del Parlamento.
D’altro canto non era nemmeno scontato il parere favorevole, con condizioni, della XII.
Questa, infatti, sul primo testo, in maniera sconcertante, aveva unicamente favorable opinion.

(Further consideration and referral).
The Commission is continuing its examination of the measure, postponed from last January 27, 2010. Valentina Aprea, President, announced that it received a favorable opinion of the Commission and with the favorable conditions of Commission XII. Emerenziano BARBIERI (PDL), Rapporteur, introduced two amendments to incorporate the terms of the opinion of the Commission XII, recommending approval (see Annex 1), hoping for a speedy approval of the measure in the legislation. Undersecretary Francesco Maria TOUR favorable opinion on the amendments the rapporteur. The Commission then approved, by separate votes, the amendments 1.1 and 1.2 of the rapporteur. Valentina Aprea, President reserves the right to pass on to the presidency of the Chamber's request for transfer to its legislative, once refined the requirements of Article 92, paragraph 6.
No more asking for action, refer the following examination session to another.

NEW TEXT BASED ON WHICH ASKS THE PLACE AS IT APPEARS AFTER LEGISLATIVE CHANGES
Article 1.
1. Article 1-f of the Decree-Law of 5 December 2005, n. 250, with amendments, into law February 3, 2006, No 27, is repealed.
2. By decree of the Minister of Education, University and Research, be issued within nine months from the date of entry into force of this Act, in consultation with the Minister of Health and with the prior opinion of the university council for the purpose of obtaining a degree in physical therapy for graduates and students enrolled in a degree in physical education, are defined:
a) regulations recognition of training credits;
b) access to university courses in physiotherapy, within the limits of places of programs in relation to the expected needs, after passing the selection;
c) governing the conduct of the training period and placement on the patient.
3. The outline of the decree referred to in paragraph 2, after the acquisition of other opinions required by law, shall be forwarded to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate to express the opinion of the competent parliamentary commissions.

Yesterday, Wednesday, February 10, the Cultural Commission has modified the text of the measure C. 213.1 by incorporating the comments that the Commission of Social Affairs had pointed out in view of competence.
Two separate amendments proposed by the Rapporteur, sono stati approvati dalla Commissione, che ha avviato le procedure per trasferire il provvedimento in sede legislativa.
