SHAREHOLDERS 'MEETING OF DELEGATES - Riccione, 12/14 April 2011 "Hotel Mediterraneo" (Riccione - Piazzale Roma, 3)

The Assembly of Delegates shall be convened - pursuant to art. 5 of the Rules of implementation -
for days 12/14 April 2011. The Assembly will be held in Riccione, presso l’Hotel “Mediterraneo”(P.le
Roma, 3), con inizio dei lavori il 12 aprile 2011 alle ore 10,00 in prima convocazione ed alle ore
11,00 in seconda, e prosecuzione dei lavori nei successivi giorni 13 e 14 aprile 2011 alle ore 9,00,
per discutere il seguente
Ordine del giorno
1) Apertura dei lavori: a) nomina del Segretario dell’Assemblea;
b) elezione del Presidente dell’Assemblea e di n. 2 Delegati per la
sottoscrizione del verbale;
2) Relazione del Segretario Generale Aggiunto;
3) Saluti ed interventi degli ospiti;
4) Discussione delle tesi congressuali – Dibattito – Determinazione dei criteri generali e degli
orientations and political union;
5) Any proceedings pursuant to Art. 11, paragraph 2, letter f) Statute DirCredito;
6) deliberation on statutory changes proposed by the Council;
5) Motion final
6) Election of Statutory bodies: a) ratification of the appointment of members of the Board;
b) appoint scrutineers for the election of three colleges;
b) election of the Board of Auditors;
c) to elect the Board of Arbitrators.
15/04/2011 The next day, starting at 9.00, there will be a meeting of the Council and
to follow, that of the newly elected Government, to carry out their statutory duties. As required by
. 10, last paragraph of the Statute, the Assembly may attend
all union members, without voting rights and at his own expense.
