E anche questa volta i Ministeri dell'Università e della Salute arrivano sul "filo di lana" delle scadenze previste dalla Legge.
Da più parti si chiede perchè un'operazione che il Ministero della Salute avvia a dicembre e che termina entro il 30 aprile, debba richiedere per il Ministero dell'Università sempre 6 mesi per poter essere poi conclusa solo nei primi 10 giorni di luglio, a ridosso delle scadenze.

Da più parti si chiede perchè un'operazione che il Ministero della Salute avvia a dicembre e che termina entro il 30 aprile, debba richiedere per il Ministero dell'Università sempre 6 mesi per poter essere poi conclusa solo nei primi 10 giorni di luglio, a ridosso delle scadenze.
