Today I am increasingly of the view that a professional company, to be true, having to prove its worth in developing treatment protocols are always in line with the continuous evolution of scientific knowledge, but unfortunately this does not always happen. Suffice it to say that there are treatments that have the highest scientific evidence (the "A") who were born out of physical medicine, perhaps also because this is often too busy on other fronts, and one thousand are left blank spaces where it is easy to think that someone else can fill them. Do not think, however, that the constant banging your head against the wall, lost in battle, our professional, our profession or our way of some good doctor is why, even today, continue undeterred on the same street, in a skirmish all on the defensive, which I think has little foresight. That's what I remember thinking, who had contested and lost, in Sardinia, siding against the possibility of direct credit of our free professional studies, not happen again and give you peace, with la stesa logica, anche altrove. Legislative Decree No 153 of 2009, which defined a series of new services that may be provided by pharmacies, does not contain provisions contrary to the rules that govern professional practice in health and those relating to safety and quality standards and professional requirements of health workers, but simply to regulate a different modes of delivery of benefits, each involving professional services, including physical therapists, and within their specific skills. The Decree will only concrete implementation through a series of ministerial decrees (one of which, being drafted concerning the physiotherapists) and the Ministry of Health will adopt, after consultation with the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, the Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano.

Given that:

The Ministry of the University is proceeding with the allocation of seats in the 22 courses for the purpose of issuing their decrees by the end of June this month, or 60 days before the exams for admission.
The number of places may be similar to last 28,000 AA 2009-10, with the likely confirmation of the division of about 16,000 to about 12,000 nurses and for the remaining 20 jobs.
In total there would be confirmation of the shortage of around 6,000 seats (-19%) compared with 34,000 posts requested by the regions and about 8,000 (-19%) compared to the 36,000 claimed by categories.

I inform the House on May 19 unanimously voted for the repeal of Art. 1-f (which now must return to the Senate for final opinion, and is still in force) with the following article:
"f-Repeal Article 1 of Decree-Law of 5 December 2005, n. 250, with amendments, into law February 3, 2006, No 27, concerning the equivalence of a degree in physical education at the bachelor's degree in physical therapy and provisions for the degree in physical therapy from students and graduates in physical education C. 2131 (Approved by the Senate Standing Committee of the 7th) and combined C 1192 Siliquini and C. Evans 2317.
NEW TEXT APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION
ART. 1.
1. Article 1-f of the Decree-Law of 5 December 2005, n. 250, with amendments, into law February 3, 2006, No 27, is repealed.
2. By decree of the Minister of Education, University and Research, to be issued within nine months from the date of entry into force of this Act, in consultation with the Minister of Health and with the prior opinion of the university council for the purposes of degree in physical therapy for graduates and students enrolled in a degree in physical education, are defined:
a) la disciplina del riconoscimento dei crediti formativi;
b) l’accesso al corso universitario in fisioterapia, nei limiti dei posti complessivamente programmati in relazione al fabbisogno previsto, previo superamento della prova di selezione;
c) la disciplina dello svolgimento del periodo di formazione e tirocinio sul paziente.
3. Lo schema del decreto di cui al comma 2, dopo l’acquisizione degli altri pareri previsti dalla legge, è trasmesso alla Camera dei deputati e al Senato della Repubblica per l’espressione del parere delle competenti Commissioni parlamentari.”
Come potrai notare questo articolato è ancora più favorevole per i Laureati in Scienze Motorie perchè prevede sempre il riconoscimento dei crediti formativi, il CUN ha già provveduto a far riconoscere 60 c.u., il Percorso Consuensuale è solo per i Laureati in Scienze Motorie ma a differenza dell’Art. 1-Septies alla fine del Corso di studi in questo caso rilascerà la Laurea in Fisioterapia, mentre prima era previsto solamente un titolo abilitante.
Ringraziamo quindi la Camera per il testo approvato sperando che ora si provveda in tempi veloci a riconoscere la nostra professione.

The Ministry of the University is proceeding with the allocation of seats in the 22 courses for the purpose of issuing their decrees by the end of June this month, or 60 days before the exams for admission.
The number of places may be similar to last 28,000 AA 2009-10, with the likely confirmation of the division of about 16,000 to about 12,000 nurses and for the remaining 20 jobs.
In total there would be confirmation of the shortage of around 6,000 seats (-19%) compared with 34,000 posts requested by the regions and about 8,000 (-19%) compared to the 36,000 claimed by categories.
As can be seen from the data presented in categories by the Ministry of Health on March 26, the deficiency is especially Nurses on which, over supply of 16,000 seats, the average demand of 22,000 between the regions (21,758) and the Federation IPASVI (22,620 ), lead to a shortage of around 6,000 seats (-28%).

In late May, has been called the new organization of the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces, with the confirmation of Vasco Errani (President of the Emilia-Romagna) and Michele Iorio (President of the Molise Region), respectively President and Vice-President of the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces. Del
new Bureau includes, in addition to Vasco Errani and Michele Iorio: Vito De Filippo, President of the Basilicata region; Scoppelliti Joseph, President of the Calabria Region and Roberto Formigoni, President of Regione Lombardia.
Regional Conference also decided that the Bureau is requested to partecipare in modo permanente il Coordinatore del settore “Regioni ad Autonomia differenziata”, ovvero, il Presidente della Regione Sardegna, Ugo Cappellacci.
Per quanto riguarda le nomine dei coordinatori delle varie commissioni, quella della VII Salute è passata dalla Toscana alla Regione Veneto, con il ruolo di vicario alla Regione Umbria.

UNC and repeal 1 f ??????
Dear Colleague,
I inform the House on May 19 unanimously voted for the repeal of Art. 1-f (which now must return to the Senate for final opinion, and is still in force) with the following article:
"f-Repeal Article 1 of Decree-Law of 5 December 2005, n. 250, with amendments, into law February 3, 2006, No 27, concerning the equivalence of a degree in physical education at the bachelor's degree in physical therapy and provisions for the degree in physical therapy from students and graduates in physical education C. 2131 (Approved by the Senate Standing Committee of the 7th) and combined C 1192 Siliquini and C. Evans 2317.
NEW TEXT APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION
ART. 1.
1. Article 1-f of the Decree-Law of 5 December 2005, n. 250, with amendments, into law February 3, 2006, No 27, is repealed.
2. By decree of the Minister of Education, University and Research, to be issued within nine months from the date of entry into force of this Act, in consultation with the Minister of Health and with the prior opinion of the university council for the purposes of degree in physical therapy for graduates and students enrolled in a degree in physical education, are defined:
a) la disciplina del riconoscimento dei crediti formativi;
b) l’accesso al corso universitario in fisioterapia, nei limiti dei posti complessivamente programmati in relazione al fabbisogno previsto, previo superamento della prova di selezione;
c) la disciplina dello svolgimento del periodo di formazione e tirocinio sul paziente.
3. Lo schema del decreto di cui al comma 2, dopo l’acquisizione degli altri pareri previsti dalla legge, è trasmesso alla Camera dei deputati e al Senato della Repubblica per l’espressione del parere delle competenti Commissioni parlamentari.”
Come potrai notare questo articolato è ancora più favorevole per i Laureati in Scienze Motorie perchè prevede sempre il riconoscimento dei crediti formativi, il CUN ha già provveduto a far riconoscere 60 c.u., il Percorso Consuensuale è solo per i Laureati in Scienze Motorie ma a differenza dell’Art. 1-Septies alla fine del Corso di studi in questo caso rilascerà la Laurea in Fisioterapia, mentre prima era previsto solamente un titolo abilitante.
Ringraziamo quindi la Camera per il testo approvato sperando che ora si provveda in tempi veloci a riconoscere la nostra professione.
