RIAB INFO , l’annosa vicenda dell’abrogazione dell’articolo 1 septies non cessa di stupirci. Meno di una settimana fa davamo notizia che il Governo aveva confermato la non disponibilità a procedere con la sede deliberante, per chiudere la vicenda in VII commissione Cultura della Camera. Ieri un ennesimo colpo di scena! L’Esecutivo, rappresentato in VII sia dal rappresentante dell’Università, che da quello della Salute, al suo massimo livello, ha invece annunciato di voler concedere la sede legislativa. Ormai,su questa vicenda, in Commissione si devono muovere anche i ministri, cosa questa che di solito non succede! VII Commission - Minutes of Thursday, May 6, 2010

The meeting begins at 9 o'clock.

The Commission is continuing its examination of the measure, postponed, most recently, at its meeting on April 29, 2010.
Valentina Aprea, president recalled that at its meeting on 29 April the Commission had informed the Government on the impossibility to communicate, to 10 March, the consent to the transfer in the legislative measure in question. It was then addressed the rapporteur and the Secretary for Education, University and research, Professor Giuseppe Pizza. Give

Ferruccio FAZIO shows that a misunderstanding between the legislative offices of his ministry and the Ministry of Education, universities and research has been communicated to the Commission's lack of consent to the transfer to the headquarters of the new legislative text of the measure examination. Promises, however, have expressed in respect of its opinion approving the transfer to its legislative approval of the measure under consideration, with a memorandum dated May 5, 2010 to the Presidency del Consiglio dei Ministri e al Ministero dell'istruzione, dell'università e della ricerca, di cui dà conto.
Il sottosegretario Giuseppe PIZZA concorda con quanto riferito dal Ministro Fazio, preannunciando l'assenso al trasferimento in sede legislativa del provvedimento in esame, per quanto di competenza.
Emerenzio BARBIERI (PdL), relatore , prende atto favorevolmente del fatto che il suo ultimo intervento della seduta passata abbia contribuito a risvegliare l'attenzione del Governo su un provvedimento importante e largamente atteso. Si confermano quindi le considerazioni che aveva espresso in quella occasione. Ribadisce, in conclusione, l'auspicio di approvare rapidly within the legislative measures under consideration in the new text approved recently by the Commission, as amended by the amendments adopted.
GHIZZONI Manuela (PD) notes with satisfaction that Mr Fazio has clarified to have been a misunderstanding between the legislative offices of relevant ministries. It is also announcing, on behalf of Members of the group to which it belongs, the willingness to continue the consideration of the measure in the legislation.
Erica REVOLT (LNP) agrees with the rapporteur on the proposal to continue, finally, consideration of the bill in a legislative way.
Valentina Aprea, presidente, prende atto con soddisfazione che è ribadito il consenso unanime della Commissione al trasferimento in sede legislativa del provvedimento in esame.
Si riserva quindi di trasmettere alla Presidenza della Camera la richiesta di trasferimento in sede legislativa dell'esame del provvedimento in titolo, una volta perfezionati i requisiti di cui all'articolo 92, comma 6, del regolamento.
Nessun altro chiedendo di intervenire, rinvia il seguito dell'esame ad altra seduta.

The purpose of this society is to promote scientific activities and facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and clinical practice based on evidence of effectiveness, as part of Physiotherapy. a) the promotion of scientific research in all areas of physiotherapy intervention (clinical, organizational, training, etc.).

Congratulations to you and your esteemed colleagues. Establishing the Società Italiana Fisioterapia (S.I.F.) is a significant step forward in nurturing a research culture. When I attended the Societa Scientifica Italiana Fisioterapia e Riabilitazione in March 2007 in Rome, I saw the passion among the Italian physiotherapists who were focused on changing dramatically the role of our profession in both the clinical and scientific communities in Italy. It is remarkable that you have made so much progress in what appears a very short time! As I told you when we were together in Rome, please encourage your budding scientists to submit their research articles and case reports to Physical Therapy. I am so very pleased to have had a small part in this significant step in your vision.

My dear colleagues and friends of physical therapy in Italy:
Please accept my sincerest congratulations on the founding of the Italian Society of Physiotherapy. Future generations of patients and scientists will mark May 29, 2010 as a critical date in the evolution of physiotherapy science in Italy that assured the continued contributions of Italian scientists to the evidence-base for physiotherapist practice. For many years, the American Physical Therapy Association has promoted the development of scientists through funding for research and the incorporation of research findings into clinical practice. I applaud the specific mission of the Society to stimulate the development of scientific knowledge and to enhance the promotion and dissemination of the research evidence that supports practice. Furthermore, through the many interdisciplinary collaborations which are certain to follow, the medical community, university scientists and health authorities will further understand the great contribution of the physical therapy profession to the health and function of the Italian people.
I look forward to learning about your many achievements in the years to come, and hope that you will consider sharing them with us as international members of the American Physical Therapy Association, Which Will Also open the tools and resources for evidenced-based practice That We Have Developed to Italian Physiotherapists.
