RIAB INFO , sull’intricata vicenda dell’articolo 1 septies siamo probabilmente di fronte ad una novità di rilievo. Pubblichiamo e lasciamo alla vostra lettura, quanto apparso di recente sul sito del Miur. Questo potrebbe essere una logica conseguenza a quanto aveva chiesto l’Aifi in una sua lettera inviata ai soggetti istituzionali coinvolti.
A seguire si pubblica sia il testo preso dal sito del Miur , che quanto era apparso sul sito dell’Aifi all’indomani del voto in commissione Cultura della Camera.

- il Governo non esprime l'assenso al trasferimento in sede legislativa della proposta di legge AC. 2131, nel nuovo testo adottato il 10 febbraio, che dispone l'abrogazione dell'equipollenza del diploma di laurea in scienze motorie al diploma di laurea in fisioterapia, prevedendo la definizione con decreto delle regole per il conseguimento della laurea in fisioterapia da parte dei laureati e degli studenti iscritti ai corsi di laurea in scienze motorie.

1) Che lettura si dà al Ministero della Salute ai fatti di questi giorni. In meno di una settimana abbiamo avuto sia una legge in Sicilia, che prevede la nomina di 85 Dirigenti di area, che ben tre convegni sulla materia delle Dirigenza dei Servizi di area Infermieristica- Tecnica- della Riabilitazione e della Prevenzione a Brescia, a Longino nel vicentino e a Fossano nel cuneese?
