Repealing Art. 1-f: Commission Culture at work!
After last January 12 the President of the Committee on Culture, Hon Valentina Aprea, has reported the submission of an application, pursuant to art. 92 of the Rules, to bring the Assembly Bill 2131 "Repeal the equivalence of a bachelor's degree in physical education at the bachelor's degree in physical therapy" at its meeting of January 20 the government and political forces announced the intention to write a new text and the Select Committee to approve it in the legislative. The AIFA
comment: "We hope that this time the Government and all political forces to give a clear signal. Valentina APREA , presidente, avverte che la Commissione inizia l'esame delle proposte di legge C. 2131, approvata dalla 7a Commissione permanente del Senato, alla quale sono abbinate le proposte di legge C. 1192 Siliquini e C. 2317 Evangelisti.
Emerenzio BARBIERI (PdL), relatore, si richiama al lungo lavoro svolto già in sede referente, ritenendo che si possa procedere al seguito dell'esame dei provvedimenti in Comitato ristretto per elaborare un nuovo testo che parte da quello già definito. Si dichiara quindi favorevole al successivo trasferimento dell'esame del provvedimento in legislativa, sulla base di un accordo che coinvolga tutti i gruppi. Ritiene, d'altra parte, necessario che la presidente Aprea si confronti con il presidente dell'omologa Commissione del Senato in merito al provvedimento all'esame di quella Commissione in materia di disciplina per l'inserimento dei degree in physical education, which is stationary for some time. Soluzioni che darebbero solo adito a malcontento, con demotivazione della risorsa umana e più che probabili ricorsi alla giustizia amministrativa.
Nel bresciano, ma anche in tutta la Regione, abbiamo assistito a numerose in interpretazioni sul tema non sempre in linea con le disposizioni nazionali o regionali.
Con la completa attuazione della legge 251/2000, con l'emanazione del DPCM 25 gennaio 2008, sulla normativa concorsuale per poter assumere i Dirigenti di Area e con l'ultimo contratto STPA 2006-2009, viene messa a regime i l'istituzione della “qualifica Unique "Head of Area Services.
